About these terms

These terms apply to the SMM Followers affiliate program in addition to the Terms of service, Acceptable use policy, Privacy policy and Cookie policy. If they conflict with the Terms of service on a program matter, these terms apply.

Joining

Every account in good standing can take part. There is no application and no fee. Each account has one referral code and one referral link. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and must not be subject to sanctions that prevent us from paying you.

How referrals are counted

The first valid referral link a visitor opens is stored in a cookie for a limited period, and a later link does not replace it. A registration made while your code is stored is recorded as yours permanently. Your own accounts, accounts that share your email, device or network, disposable email addresses and registrations inside a seller store are not counted.

Commission

You earn a percentage of each referred customer's net completed spend, which is the amount charged minus refunds. The current rate is shown on the affiliate page and in your dashboard, and a change applies to orders charged after it. Deposits, your own orders, seller fees and orders in a seller store earn no commission. Commission never exceeds the margin we make on the order. We do not promise or estimate any level of income.

Hold, reversals and payouts

Commission is held for a number of days, then becomes available. If an order is refunded or found fraudulent, its commission is reversed. Available commission can be moved to your site balance, which cannot be paid out in crypto, or withdrawn in cryptocurrency above the minimum shown in your dashboard. Withdrawals need two-factor authentication, a new payout address waits through a cooling-off period, addresses are screened against sanctions lists, and network fees are yours. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

How you may promote us

Promote honestly and say that you earn a commission. Do not refer yourself or use extra accounts, send spam, promise results, say that any platform approves these services, bid on our brand in ads, pose as us, use hidden redirects or fake attribution, or ask anyone for a password.

Privacy of your referrals

You see your referrals in masked form only. Do not try to identify or contact referred customers or to obtain their data.

Reviews and enforcement

We monitor the program for fraud. We may pause payouts, reverse commission, change your rate or disable you as an affiliate, and we record a reason for each action. If you think a decision is wrong, contact support.

Taxes and changes

You are responsible for taxes on the commission you receive. We may change, pause or end the program; commission already earned keeps its normal rules. A new version of these terms applies to orders charged after it takes effect.
