Acceptable use policy

Purpose
These rules say what you may and may not order and how we enforce them. They apply to every order, whether it is placed on the website, through the API or by a customer of a seller.
What you may not order services for
Political, election or campaign content; impersonation of a person, brand or organisation; content involving minors; hate, harassment or violence; scams, fraud, phishing or deceptive offers; anything that is illegal where you or the target are located.
Links and targets
Give a correct, public link to a profile or post you have the right to promote. Shortened links and the hosts and accounts we have blocked are rejected when you place the order, and you are not charged.
Comments and custom text
Custom comments must not contain links, insults or anything that breaks these rules. Comments can be held for review before they are sent. A comment order that is rejected is refunded in full.
Passwords and misuse
We never need your social media passwords. Do not use the service to harm other people's accounts or to get around a platform's security. API users are responsible for what their own customers order.
Platform rules
Buying engagement may conflict with the rules of the platform concerned, and you are responsible for the consequences for your accounts. We are independent and not affiliated with any platform.
Enforcement
If an order or account breaks these rules we may refuse or cancel the order, hold it for review, suspend or close the account, and report it where the law requires. A cancelled order is not refunded for the part already delivered; the undelivered part is handled under the Refund policy.
Reports and appeals
Report abuse, or ask us to review a decision, through a support ticket or WhatsApp. We look at every report and appeal.
